How Our Orders Are Fulfilled
All products are printed and shipped on-demand by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. This means each item is made specifically for you after you place your order — there is no inventory sitting in a warehouse.
Production Time
All items are handcrafted to order with a 5–7 business day production window. Shipping times vary by method after production is complete.
Shipping Options & Estimated Transit Times

Total delivery time = Production time + Transit time
Example: Standard US order placed Monday → produced by the following Monday → delivered 5–8 business days later.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships from our fulfillment partner's facility. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect carrier scans.
International Orders
- Orders are produced and ship from our fulfillment partner's facility in Los Angeles, CA
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country
- Some countries may experience customs delays beyond our control
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows the package has not moved in 10+ business days, please contact us at support@shutterandwing.com and we will investigate with the carrier and/or reship.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot redirect packages after they have shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at your cost.
