Made to Order — Final Sale
Every Shutter & Wing product is handcrafted to order by our production partner. Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@shutterandwing.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll review your claim and either reprint the item or issue a full refund at our discretion. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Sizing
Because all items are made to order, we cannot offer size exchanges. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before purchasing. If you have questions about fit, email us before placing your order and we're happy to help.
