How are your products made?
Every Shutter & Wing product is printed or embroidered to order by our production partner, Apliiq. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse. Your order is made specifically for you after you place it.
How long does production take?
All items have a 5–7 business day production window before shipping. This is in addition to shipping transit time. See our Shipping Policy for full transit estimates by method.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days at support@shutterandwing.com with your order number and a photo — we’ll make it right. How do I choose a size?
Check our Size Guide before ordering. When in doubt, size up — our heavyweight garment-dyed pieces can relax slightly after washing.
Where are your products made?
All garments are USA-made. Embroidery and printing are done by Apliiq, our US-based production partner.
Where do the designs come from?
Every design begins with a real field photograph — a specific animal, a specific place, a specific moment. The designs are photography-derived and digitally rendered from those source images. No stock photography, no generic wildlife illustration.
How do I care for my garment?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. For embroidered items, washing inside-out extends the life of the stitching.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently shipping to the US only.
