How to Request Deletion of Your Data
Under applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Shutter & Wing respects your privacy and will process deletion requests promptly.
What data we may hold
- Account and contact information (name, email, shipping address)
- Order history and transaction records
- Browsing activity collected via cookies and analytics tools
- Email subscription preferences
How to submit a deletion request
Send an email to support@shutterandwing.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account or orders
- A description of the data you would like deleted
You can also submit a request using our contact form.
What happens next
- We will verify your identity and confirm receipt within 3 business days.
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of verification, unless we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g., tax and financial records).
- We will notify any third-party services that process your data on our behalf to delete your information as well.
Third-party data
If you interacted with Shutter & Wing through Facebook or Instagram, you can also manage your data directly through Meta’s data deletion tools.
